Offering beginner to advanced training programs and diets to individuals of all ages & fitness levels. I have over 20 years experience and am NSFA, BCRPA, NFLA certified. Online training & diet plans available.
Personal training packages are separate from gym memberships. Non transferable no exchanges no refunds. Expire in 1 year from date of purchase.
